Montessori Spindle Box

The Spindle Box is an Early Montessori maths activity where  the child is able to visually identify a written number and match a loose quantity of spindles to that particular number on the board . This set comprises 2 separate sections for 0-4 and 5-9 to aid focus and build confidence.

The spindle box develops early counting skills and develops the association between quantity and the number symbols 0-9. Importantly, it teaches the concept of zero.
